One of the longest running and most popular fishing tournament in the state of Texas. This family friendly event started as competition between fishing and hunting guides to go head-to-head, with the first event taking place in 1932! Originally being deemed the “Tarpon Roundup,” this event has grown massively and includes opportunities for all age and skill levels and includes categories varying from off-shore, fly-fishing,bay surf and even a piggy perch contest for the little boys and girls that want to join in the contest. This Annual Deep Sea Roundup Tournament now attracts over 800 contestants and entry fees include an open bar for adults and dinner for each of the 3 nights of the contest.
