  • What are the office hours?

    8 am - 5 pm Daily.

  • Who do I call for an after hours emergency?

    Please call the front desk to make arrangements if you are going to be checking in after 5 pm. Our office will be closing at 5 pm and we will need to give you instructions on how to access your condo. Should there be any issues or you have arrived and need after hour emergent item response, you will receive emergency phone numbers during our staff check in with you if you are arriving after hours as well as in person, upon check in.

  • How far is Casa Condominiums from Port Aransas?

    Casa is 4.5 miles from Port Aransas, or about 7 minutes away in light traffic.

  • Does Casa Condominiums have a heated swimming pool?

    Yes, one of Casa’s featured amenities is the heated pool. This pool is heated between the months on November and February each winter. This is a great way to enjoy Port Aransas when the Gulf of Mexico is a little chilly.

  • Does Casa Condominiums have washers and dryers in all vacation rentals?

    While each vacation rental unit does not have a private washer and dryer there is a laundry room on every floor except the ground level. Three bedroom condos and the Penthouse have a washer and dryer in the units for guest use.

  • How close is Casa Condominiums to the beach?

    If a beachfront destination is what you have in mind, look no further. Casa Condominiums is located on the beach. A very short walk over the dune walkover gets you right onto the sand.

  • Does Casa provide daily maid service similar to a hotel in Port Aransas?

    Unfortunately Casa Condominiums does not provide maid services each day. Rental units are cleaned for all guests prior to arrival and fresh towels can be obtained at the front desk by exchanging those that are already used in the room.

  • Does Casa provide beach or pool towels?

    Casa Condominiums provides towels and linens for use inside of the units. All of Casa’s guests are encouraged to bring pool and beach towels.

  • Do you have beach chairs setup on the beach?

    No, please feel free to bring your own folding chairs or take advantage of the many merchandise shops in Port Aransas.

  • Do you have BBQ grills on the property?

    Casa provides three charcoal grills in the pool area for guest use on a first come first serve basis. Don’t forget the charcoal and lighter fluid. Grills are not allowed on patios.

  • What hours does the ferry operate?

    The ferry operates 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.

  • How late can we check in for our vacation?

    Our office is open until Midnight.

  • What if we get a late start on our vacation and arrive after Midnight?

    Call our office before it closes and let us know you are arriving late. We will leave a key for you in our lockbox outside the lobby door with instructions.

  • We understand check in time is 4PM, are early check ins ever available?

    Check in time does begin at 4 PM. If you arrive for your vacation before 4 PM and your unit has already been cleaned, we will be happy to check you in and get your vacation started. If the vacation rental you have reserved is not yet ready, our friendly front desk staff will be happy to provide you with area attraction information and local dining options so that your party might begin the vacation experience while Casa readies the unit for your arrival.

  • Does Casa Condominiums have golf cart access?

    Yes, you can access Casa Condominiums from the beach by a golf cart. Casa Condominiums is one of the only condominiums that have access to the beach by golf cart.
