Pardon Our Dust

Casa On the Beach Condominiums is in the process of continuing renovations to improve the overall building following Hurricane Harvey damages in 2017.

With great excitement we are thrilled to announce that Casa Condominiums will begin to open the property up to the public and start renting our beachfront condos again!

This is a large project for the condo owners, and we know you are going to love the result! As we continue these enhancements, please note there will be elevated construction noise, inaccessible walkways limited amenities and periods in which sections of the property may be inaccessible.

We understand that this project brings up questions for those have already booked or are considering staying with us during this improvement phase. In efforts to help create a better experience for our guests while they stay with us during this time, we have created a FAQ section below for our guests.

Details Regarding The Soft Opening

  • Condo Availability Condo units are in the process of being finished out by the contractor and then furnished by the owners.  Upon completion then the units will be presented for rental.  Casa Condominiums expects a few more units to be available each week throughout the soft opening.
  • Elevators Currently the elevator is available for use! 
  • Heated Pool The hot tub is operational and the swimming pool is open!
  • Recreation Room The recreation room is not available for use.  This space is not expected to be completed until 2024.
  • Parking Parking Areas are available and open for use.

Soft Opening

  • HOW LONG WILL CONSTRUCTION LAST?

    Various projects are currently scheduled through Spring 2024.

  • WHERE WILL CONSTRUCTION TAKE PLACE?

    Throughout the entire resort and in different phases. This could mean painting of stairwell doors, stairwells, parking areas, condo unit balconies and walkways, etc.

  • WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING A STAY WHEN CONSTRUCTION IS OCCURRING?

    Expect elevated construction noises and other construction phases to occur during the weekdays and some Saturdays, that would be scheduled to start at 9 AM and commence by 5 PM. Please do not leave your items out and left unattended as they may get damaged in passing or misplaced. There may be times where vehicles will be asked to be relocated or detours are required as painting is being performed in certain areas. Some amenities may be unavailable or not yet available at the time of your stay.

  • WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS IF I HAVE BOOKED A UNIT THAT WILL BE IN THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE AT MY TIME OF ARRIVAL?

    Our team is sending multiple communications out to all guests ahead of time to help assist with questions and relocating those who have chosen a condo that will be affected during the time of their stay. The options would be that of being transferred to a different unit (based upon availability) that is not affected during the stay dates, offering of a refund with no cancellation penalties in addition to relocating to one of our sister properties.

  • WILL CONSTRUCTION OCCUR ON THE WEEKENDS?

    The overall goal of the property is to maintain a weekday construction schedule with limited work on Saturdays when necessary. Current policies restrict any work involving elevated noise levels to be restricted to the hours of 9AM to 5PM Monday thru Friday.
